The Herbivorous Butcher at the Fair

The Herbivorous Butcher began in order to bring you small-batch, locally-sourced, all-natural meat alternatives that are always fresh, flavorful, and protein-rich so you never feel like you’re sacrificing anything for healthy and ethical eating.

And now they finally have a Minnesota State Fair stand, located in the Food Building right near the Mouth Trap Cheese Curds and across from Tipsy Pies. All of the products that The Herbivorous Butcher produces are Kosher Pareve.
